Water and electric sites are for those campers who do not want or need a sewer hookup. Should you need to dump, please request a full hook-up site. We do not have a dump station. Thank you for understanding.

People:  18 years or older  $5 / per night

Vehicles:  $5 / per night

Tent:   $15 / per night

*Rates do NOT include: State and local taxes.

* RESERVATION FEE: There is a one time $5 non refundable Registration Admin Fee included.   

* CREDIT CARD:  Your reservation is secured with a credit card number. At check-in we do accept cash and all credit cards. Check payments are for those staying two or more nights. Should you choose to pay with credit, please bring your card to the office when checking in. There is a 3% fee on all credit card transactions.

DIRECTIONS: From I-70 - Take Exit 170 for Montgomery City/Danville. South on Highway J for 1.5 miles. Our property is on your left just past the white picket fence.

GPS:  Not all GPS systems recognize our address. If you’re unable to locate us on your devise using the following address:

214 State Highway J, Montgomery City, MO 63361

• try changing the road to Highway J

• or try our coordinates 38.895604 -91.559624.

If all fails just make sure you take 

Exit 170 from Interstate 70

and head south on Highway J

RESERVATIONS & CANCELLATIONS:

THE ARRIVAL DATE IS NOT TO BE COUNTED. START WITH THE DAY PRIOR

Should you need to make changes to your reservation, please give us at least three (3) days notice prior to your arrival date.

Example:  If your reservation arrival date is Friday, you must make changes by Tuesday. Date changes may occur providing a site is available. If no site is available, the cancellation policy will be applied as shown below and will be placed on the credit card we have on file.

 
CANCELLATIONS  made seven (7) or more days before arrival: Full refund minus the $5 non-refundable reservation fee.
Cancellations  made three (3) to six (6) days prior to arrival: Refund issued minus one night's stay (based on the nightly rate)

Cancellations made less than 72 hours before arrival or no show: No refund due to a rent-able site being held.


HOLIDAY & OCTOBER WEEKENDS:  Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends and some 4th of July weekends require a three-night minimum stay which must include Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Some 4th of July as well as ALL October weekends require a two-night minimum stay which must include both Friday and Saturday. 


HOLIDAY and OCTOBER CANCELLATIONS made fourteen (14) or more days: Full refund minus $5 non-refundable registration fee.

Cancellations  made 7-13 days prior to arrival: Refund minus one night's stay.

Cancellations made seven (7) days or less or no show: No refund.

Holiday Weekend Events

CHECK-IN:  Is between 12pm and 6pm daily, 12pm to 7 pm on Friday and 12pm to 5pm on Sunday.
Early Check-in: Between 10am to noon: $10. You MUST call the office the morning of your arrival should you absolutely require an early check-in time to verify your site is available.
Late Check-in: Let us know when making your reservation if you require a late check-in time as we have specific sites for just that. We realize things happen and if you run into a snag while traveling, please let us know immediately what your updated ETA may be so we can plan accordingly. No late check-ins after 10pm!

CHECK-OUT: 11AM Firm!
Late check-out:  We do offer a late check-out providing the site is available for $25 up to 4pm. After 4pm the full daily rate of the site will apply.
