Water and electric sites are for those campers who do not want or need a sewer hookup. Should you need to dump, please request a full hook-up site. We do not have a dump station. Thank you for understanding.

Rates include: 2 adults, 4 children up to the age of 16, 1 vehicle, and 1 RV or Tent.

Should there be extras:

People: 16 years or older  $3 / per night

Vehicles:  $2 / per night

Tent:   $7 / per night

RESERVATION FEE: There is a $5 non refundable Registration Admin Fee on all reservations.   

CREDIT CARD: Your reservation is secured with a credit card number. At check-in we do accept cash, check and all credit cards. There is a 3.5% fee on all card transactions. Should you choose to pay with credit, please bring your card to the office when checking in.

DIRECTIONS: From I-70 - Take Exit 170 for Danville. South on Highway J for 1.5 miles. Our property is on your left.

GPS: Not all GPS systems recognize our address. If you’re unable to locate us on your devise using the following address:

214 Highway J, Danville, MO 63361

• try changing the road to State Highway J

• or the town to Montgomery City

• or try our coordinates 38.895604 -91.559624.

If all fails just make sure you take 

Exit 170 from Interstate 70.

RESERVATIONS & CANCELLATIONS:

THE ARRIVAL DATE IS NOT TO BE COUNTED. START WITH THE DAY PRIOR

Should you need to make changes to your reservation, please give us at least three (3) days notice prior to your arrival date.

Example: If your reservation arrival date is Friday, you must make changes by Tuesday. Date changes may occur providing a site is available. If no site is available, the cancellation policy will be applied as shown below.

 
CANCELLATIONS made eight (8) or more days will not be charged a cancellation fee.
Cancellations made four (4) to seven (7) days before check-in day will be charged a $25 cancellation fee.

Cancellations made three (3) days or less will be charged up to two nights stay.
Should you choose to cancel the day of your reservation or ‘no show’ we will charge your credit card the daily rate up to three nights due to a rent-able site being held.

HOLIDAY & OCTOBER WEEKENDS: Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends and some 4th of July weekends require a three-night minimum stay which must include Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
 Some 4th of July as well as ALL October weekends require a two-night minimum stay which must include both Friday and Saturday. 


HOLIDAY and OCTOBER CANCELLATIONS made eight (8) or more days will be charged $25 cancellation fee.

Cancellations made seven (7) days or less will be charged the entire length or the reservation.

Holiday Weekend Events

CHECK-IN: Is between 12pm and 6pm daily, 12pm to 7 pm on Friday and 12pm to 5pm on Sunday.
Early Check-in: Between 10am to noon: $10. You MUST call the office the morning of your arrival should you absolutely require and early check-in time to verify your site is available.
Late Check-in: Let us know when making your reservation if you require a late check-in time as we have specific sites for just that. We realize things happen and if you run into a snag while traveling, please let us know immediately what your updated ETA may be so we can plan accordingly. No late check-ins after 10pm!

CHECK-OUT: 11AM Firm!
Late check-out: We do offer a late check-out providing the site is available for $15 up to 4pm. After 4pm the full daily rate of the site will apply.
